How can I place an order?

Good Roots Medicinals allows patients with a Valid Recommendation and/or
21+ Valid CA Identification card, to order marijuana by phone 1(800) 476-0697
and website www.goodrootscanna.com to be delivered to their
residence.

I’ve placed my order online, now what?

Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you
used to sign up. The email will have the items purchased as well as the cost
of the complete order (delivery charge, tax, etc.) Be mindful to check your
spam folder, if the email is not received after 1-3 minutes, after the order has
been placed. Your driver will be notified and will provide an estimated time of
arrival via call or text. You can also leave a note on the order to advise driver
of any needed requests.

Is card payment accepted? What’s the minimum?

Good Roots Medicinals accepts all major debit card services. The services we
accept payment currently with Cash app and Venmo. There is a $40 delivery
minimum with a $3 delivery charge. Card payment may be requested via
website through note space and also by phone.

I’ve placed my order, but would like to make changes?

Not to worry, orders can be updated within any reasonable time frame. For the best
interception calling the driver is advised, however if it is in regard to a
payment or address change the phone operator is the best person to call first,
(800) 476-0697. Be mindful that altering the order can disrupt the arrival time.

How do I pay for my order?

All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery. Exceptions may be made on a orderly basis.
